Instead of blaming your dogs, give him/her, a purpose in life, an activity, some work! CANINE KINAESTHETICS CLINIC
K-9 Basics Dog Training Facility
Marlton, New Jersey

Lisa Madison, Contented Canine Massage

and
Diane Gallagher, DOGTRAIN, Inc
www.dogtraininc.com

Lisa and Diane are both certified Kinaesthetics Specialists.  During this clinic, we will introduce new students to the value of BodyWork in dogs based on the principles of Kinaesthetics.  We will review the basics with those students who have attended prior clinics and help them continue their education relative to the skill levels they possess.

Canine BodyWork is an every day procedure at DOGTRAIN.  Clients range from those who are on a maintenance schedule for quality-of-life, as well as the new clients whose presenting complaints vary from ordinary bad behavior to overt aggression.  Knowing these techniques has accelerated my ability to communicate effectively with the many dogs who have become alienated from human interaction due to discomfort somewhere in the body.  Almost all of the overly reactive puppies I see have physical issues which can be improved with the use of Canine Kinaesthetics.

We will teach students to recognize irregularity in movement or structure, and to understand the behavioral/structural correlation in dogs.  Physical limitations are at the root of many behavioral issues in the dog world, from aggression to subtle variations in confidence.  The dog's social language is contained in its body.  If the body is impaired in any way, social communication will suffer whether the communication is with other dogs or with humans.

PLEASE NOTE:  This clinic is intended to provide the maximum amount of education to participants.  While we work with difficult dogs using these techniques all the time, this does not create the best learning atmosphere for students. Well-mannered dogs are welcome at K-9 Basics Dog Training Facility.  This means your dog can be touched all over without complaint, can sit and down with distractions of other dogs, and is neither people nor dog aggressive.  {Exceptions may be made after consultation with Lisa and Brian Berg -- 866-592-2742}

Dogs must be current on Vaccinations or possess current acceptable titer levels with written proof.  All dogs must be crate trained as they will be in the same room as the clinic. The cost of the clinic is $650, and this includes educational handouts, drinks, breakfast snacks and lunch both days.

Payment is due in full by September 20th.  Checks, MC/Visa and Discover are accepted.
